What platforms are supported?
ShootCleaner is currently available for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). macOS support is planned for a future release.
How does the AI culling work?
ShootCleaner analyses your portfolio to understand your style, then applies that understanding to rate and cull images with full decision rationale.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Yes. Depending on your license tier, you can activate on 1-5 machines. You can deactivate and transfer activations at any time.
What happens when I go offline?
ShootCleaner includes a 14-day offline grace period. The app works normally without internet for up to two weeks between validations.
What RAW formats are supported?
ShootCleaner supports all major RAW formats including CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, DNG, and more.
Is there a refund policy?
