Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If ShootCleaner doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no questions asked. This applies to all license types, including lifetime licenses and subscription plans.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@shootcleaner.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your purchase email address and order number (found in your confirmation email).
  3. Our team will process your request and confirm within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to the Software will be revoked.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • After 14 days: requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
  • AppSumo purchases: licenses purchased through AppSumo are subject to AppSumo's own refund policy. Please contact AppSumo directly for those requests.
  • Chargebacks: if a chargeback was initiated instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to deny the refund and suspend the associated license.
  • Abuse: repeated purchases and refunds intended to exploit the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription plans (monthly or annual) can be cancelled at any time. When cancelled, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.
