Photography school, 1989. Black and white darkroom. Negatives on string.

First professional job, 1997. High street studio in Brighton. Film only.

Weddings on Hasselblad transparency. Days waiting to see results.

2003: Led digital transition for a luxury studio chain. Windows XP couldn’t handle the file sizes.

Olan Mills, up to 40 portrait sittings a day. Four studios of my own in South Africa, around 30 shoots a week. Vienna since 2012. It adds up to more than 27,000 families and over five million frames.

I’ve paid for every tool. Every subscription. Every incomplete workflow. None of them finished the job.

ShootCleaner exists because the tools I needed didn’t.
