Installation Guide

From download to your first processed shoot in five minutes.

Check System Requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
  • 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)
  • SSD with at least 2 GB free space
  • Display resolution 1280 × 720 or higher
  • Internet connection for activation (offline grace period available after first launch)

Download ShootCleaner

  • Visit the download page and enter your license key.
  • The installer (.exe) will be downloaded to your default Downloads folder.
  • The file is digitally signed — your browser and Windows should recognise it as safe.

Run the Installer

  • Double-click the downloaded .exe file to launch the installer.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts — choose your install directory or accept the default.
  • Installation typically completes in under 60 seconds on an SSD.

Activate Your License

  • Launch ShootCleaner after installation.
  • Enter your license key when prompted on the activation screen.
  • Click "Activate" — the app will verify your key online and confirm activation.
  • Your machine is now registered against your license. You can manage activations from your account.

First Run

  • After activation, ShootCleaner opens to the onboarding wizard.
  • Import a style portfolio so the AI can learn your editing preferences.
  • Choose your default export folder structure and output formats.
  • You're ready — drag in your first shoot and let ShootCleaner handle the rest.
